FIELD: marine technology.
SUBSTANCE: airgel insulation of ship rescue capsules, including hulls. On one side of the hull, there are hatches, the body and arc-shaped panels of which are made of airgel. Airgel effectively handles the heat transfer method. Due to low thermal conductivity, the rescue capsule has excellent thermal insulation properties. The external part of the housing, located close to both sides, is symmetrically equipped with pumping devices. The same straight pipe is connected between the two pumping units. Ribbon drainage holes open on the front and back sides of the straight pipe. The compartment body in the corresponding place of the straight pipe is equipped with a heat-insulating shield. The heat insulation shield is made hollow, the two ends of the heat insulation shield are connected separately with water outlet holes on the front and back sides of the straight pipe. Several drainage holes open on the inner wall of the screen opposite the compartment body. The top of the heat shield, located near both ends, has several evaporation holes.
EFFECT: increased stability of heat insulation effect of the capsule body.
