The swab holder forms a vertical guide along which the float is made with the ability to move, the float snaps in the swab holder and the swab holder is heavy enough not to pop up when it is subjected to effects of buoyancy force of the float; and a fan unit, located in a fan housing and executed so as to make the air flow move through the swab unit, and the fan housing contains a block of the upper lid, in which at least one annular air outlet is formed on the external site near the periphery of the block of the upper lid.

EFFECT: when performing manual adjustment, the intuitive feeling by the wrist of the force of the airflow, thus; the user can adjust the humidity level even if he is unable to see his indicator.
