SUBSTANCE: low-noise shooting device comprises a hollow body made of metal with a thread at both ends, a thrust ring on the inner wall, an end cap with a threaded part for attaching to the weapon barrel or a muzzle brake-compensator, a front cover with bleed holes located next to the bullet exit hole. The thrust ring divides the internal volume of the device into parts, of which the one closest to the barrel remains empty and the outer one contains separators of various thicknesses and shapes. The separators are interchangeable, fixed to each other by a tongue-and-groove connection.

EFFECT: reduced noise level from a shot, better combustion of powder charge residues, reduced shot flash, effective extinguishing of powder gas energy, prevention of strong pressure in the receiver with the release of powder gases from the bolt frame slot in the face of the gunner, improved barrel and device purge, increased service life of the structure.
