FIELD: copy-marking templates.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for simultaneous milling of grooves for door fittings on the door leaf and the rack. The milling and copying device for the door leaf and the pillar consists of two identical bases and upper adjustable plates, each base includes a central stop, upper and lower movable parallel stops, side movable stops and a top plate. Clamps are built into the central stop with the possibility of fastening the door leaf and the rack in them at the same level with the processed planes. At the ends of the central stop there are flags with the possibility of adjusting the upper adjustable plate on them. An upper plate is attached to the top of the central stop with the possibility of centring the upper adjustable plate relative to the centre of the end of the door leaf. The lower movable stop is made with stiffeners, grooves for fixing the movable side stops, grooves for adjusting flags, grooves for built-in clamps and with a plastic lining. On the upper plane of the lower movable stop there are two holders made with the possibility of positioning the upper adjustable plate. Behind the lower stop, on the side of the door leaf, there are two side sliding stops. On the side stops on the side of the lower stop there are flags, according to which the width of the milled groove is adjusted. On the side of the post there is an upper stop movably fixed on clamps with the possibility of determining the width of the post. In the upper part of the upper stop, holders are made with the possibility of aligning and positioning the upper adjustable plate. The upper adjustable plate consists of three fixed plates, fastened together with rivets with the possibility of ensuring the mobility of the inner plate, with a hole for inserting templates and elements of the centring mechanism relative to the door leaf in form of two triangular plates and an inner movable plate with holes for fixing on the base holder using position fixing screws. The middle fixed plate has a size for the template insert smaller than the edge plates for supporting the template inserts, and has four magnets at the corners to eliminate the possibility of accidental loss of the template inserts, the centring mechanism, designed to take into account the difference in the thickness of the door leaf and the post, includes an angular stop, moving in the grooves of the plates of the upper adjustable plate, the corner edges of the upper plate of the base and the triangular overlay on the lower stop of the base.
EFFECT: provides increased accuracy of milling and copying while cutting grooves on the door leaf and pillar, simplifying, reducing and saving settings when changing engraved door panels and pillars, reducing the total time of work when performing milling.
