FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: device for inset door hinges and locking elements related to copying marking templates and is intended mainly for marking and cutting slots and holes on door webs and boxes with subsequent installation of door fittings, namely hinges and locking elements of different types and sizes. Device for inset door hinges and locking elements consists of housing (1) with window for replaceable templates-inserts (2), replaceable templates-insert (10), moving parallel supports (6) and adjustable holder parallel supports (5), in housing (1) are made stepped cuts (3), wherein lower side of housing (1) there is movable support (4), on movable parallel supports (6), equipped with removable limit rod (14), thrust ledges are made movable parallel stopper (7), flags (8) for installation of sizes of offsets as and rotary angular stops (9), and replaceable templates-insert (10) with diagonal cut angle (13) have stylus window (11) and are equipped with transverse slots (12).
EFFECT: proposed technical solution is high accuracy of positioning and copying, high stability of device for inset door hinges and locking elements on door frame, easy adjustment device for inset door hinges and locking elements of different types and sizes on processed product, reduced time for obtaining end result.
