FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: hinge insertion method involves simultaneous formation of slots for a hinge in a door and a door frame with a cutting tool installed on a base device. The method is characterised by the fact that front and end surfaces of the door are used as a base for the base device that is to be installed on the door laid on horizontal surface, with a possibility of surface contact. Then, a post of the door frame is fixed on it with a gap with the door and it is made in the form of a guide onto which the cutting tool is installed so that it can be moved along the guide, and the latter is adjusted in the gap with the end part on the level of the slot edge for the hinge.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability.
