SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions relates to a chopping rotor and a cutting and separating device with such a rotor. The rotor 110 contains a housing 111, on the first end section 112 of which an inlet 113 is made. At the second end section 114, an outlet 115 is made. At the same time, there are many cutting holes 120 located on the section 116 of the pressure housing 111, which penetrate through the section 116 of the pressure housing 111 from the inner wall 117 to the outer wall 118. In addition, these cutting holes 120 are oriented by the inclined axes 121 of the holes at an angle αO1, αO2 relative to the inner wall 117. The inclination of the axes 121 of the holes is chosen so that they face the inner wall 117 of the inlet 113. The cutting and separating device 100 contains the above-described chopping rotor 110, in the pressure housing 111 of which a feed auger 130 is installed with the ability of rotation. The auger 130 comprises a shaft 131 having at least one spiral-shaped coil 132 formed on it, which in the mounted position has an anterior lateral surface 140 for transportation by shifting the food product, a posterior lateral surface 141 located on the opposite side, as well as a cylindrical one at its distal end 142 between the anterior lateral surface 140 and the posterior lateral surface 141 section 143, which is formed in the transition region to the front side surface 140 of the coil 132 with a pointed cutting edge 133.

EFFECT: the chopping rotor and a cutting and separating device with such a rotor provide an increase in productivity.
