FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building, in particular to the watermelons fruits waste-less processing machines during the seeds obtaining. Installation comprises a bin, fruits destruction device and the seeds from the milled heap isolation device located therein, the juice and pulp collection vessel, peel collection and removal conveyor, the fruits washing bath. In the bath side wall the water-jet devices are installed. Fruits destruction device is made in the form of an eccentric cutting drum, under which the ribbed concave with located in the cutting drum rotation direction ribs is provided. Ribs are made in the form of knives with the tapering angle of 12…15° and height of 20…40 mm, providing the fruit peel cutting to the pulp. Concave is associated with the casing having the wiper auger trellised concave for the peel separation. Wiper auger trellised concave for the peel separation is coupled to the seeds separation compartment wiper auger casing. Peel separation wiper auger trellised concave holes correspond to the seeds and pulp passage dimensions and prevent the peel passage. Seeds separation compartment wiper auger casing holes are smaller than their dimensions and enable the juice and pulp passage. Peel separation wiper auger output part is equipped with coupled to the shipping trolley shipping conveyor. Seeds separation wiper auger output part is equipped with the seeds shipping conveyor. By the sidewalls the seeds separation wiper auger casing is connected to the juice collecting container, which is equipped with the strainer, suction piping and the juice supply for further processing pumping unit. Peel separation wiper auger outer edge is covered with the viscoelastic wear-resistant material. Seeds separation wiper auger turns outer edge is covered with the elastic material. Eccentric cutting drum includes a drive shaft with beams, on which knives with the cutting blade are fixed with possibility of rotation. Knives installation angle in the vertical plane is adjustable using the eccentric clip.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to increase the watermelons fruits processing quality.
