FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises stationary guide for wire coiling and moving guide for coiling. Moving guide lower section is fitted in bore made at the machine body bottom section on the axle to turn relative to said body. It can receive the wire fed from stationary guide to direct the wire located above and received by stationary guide. This machine comprises also the closing section arranged between moving guide and bore surface top section for permanent closure of the clearance between moving guide lower section and top section.

EFFECT: higher reliability.
