FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to extract the individual components of a layer-by-layer separated liquid. The nozzle attached to the distal end of the colonoscope is designed to open the deep folds of the colon. An open tubular torus made of anisotropic material is used as a working body. The nozzle contains eight radial tubular spokes evenly placed around the circumference of the torus, an annular nozzle collector at the distal end of the colonoscope, an intermediate annular nozzle collector, eight longitudinal channels between the annular collectors at the distal end and the intermediate one, and eight longitudinal channels emerging from the intermediate annular collector.
EFFECT: use of this invention will improve visualization, open the folds of the colon, regardless of the degree of their mutual compression without injury to the mucous membrane.
