FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical diagnostics. An apparatus comprises a tubular elongated assembly extended between proximal end and distal end and introduced in a tubular anatomic structure, petals for local extension of anatomic structure walls, control means attached to the elongated assembly and functionally connected with the petals. The elongated assembly comprises external and internal tubes. The internal tube forms a passageway for lighting and optical elements. The first turnable end of the petals is connected with distal end of the external tube and contains a gear section that owing to junction form catches the distal ribbed section of the internal tube so that while moving the internal tube opens and closes the petals.
EFFECT: invention enables examinations without air injection in an examined anatomic structure.
