SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment (detoxification) of the body in case of insufficient effectiveness of other methods of treatment in cases of poisoning with poisons of exogenous or endogenous origin. For example, with peritonitis, severe forms of pancreatitis, etc., by draining the thoracic lymphatic duct (HLD) by introducing the claimed device to collect organ lymph and cleanse toxic products from various known methods (sorption coals, renal dialysis) and return the purified lymph. The device for separate collection of lymph from the thoracic lymphatic duct consists of two flexible tubes connected along the length. The end of the first flexible tube protrudes forward and is provided with an inflatable annular obturator — a cuff, the cavity of which has a passage into the cavity of the first flexible tube. The end of the second flexible tube is spaced from the protruding end of the first flexible tube and is provided with a side hole for lymph flow. Flexible tubes are made of radiopaque material.

EFFECT: using the proposed device for obtaining a separate flow of organ lymph through the HLP, it is possible to perform a subsequent extracorporeal therapeutic detoxification procedure from toxic products and poisons while maintaining partial lymph flow throughout the drainage procedure due to the double lumen of the claimed device, where the pneumatic cuff of the first flexible tube allows temporary obturation of the HLP and, if necessary, blocking it, and the free lumen of the second flexible tube allows for separate sampling of organ lymph depending on the nature of intoxication and, accordingly, the maximum localization of the accumulation of harmful substances in the lymph.
