SUBSTANCE: intraoperatively, the first step is liposuction of the anterolateral surfaces of the abdominal wall. The electrolyte solution is removed after separation from the fat, the fat is filtered. After a radical mastectomy, the skin is sutured continuously with an intradermal suture with a biodegradable thread. The wound is not drained. Filtered fat is injected into the post-lymphadenectomy cavity between the intradermal sutures in a volume of 200 ml. An aseptic bandage is applied.

EFFECT: method allows for reliable prevention of post-mastectomy lymphorrhea, as a result, the bed-day in the department is reduced, daily punctures of the lymphocyst cavity are not required at the outpatient stage, the interval between the operation and the complete cessation of lymphorrhea is significantly reduced, which reduces the load on the outpatient dressing room, while the method is simple to perform, does not require the use of expensive equipment and preparations, practically does not lengthen the operation time, does not lead to pronounced anatomical damage, since muscle flaps are not used for tamponade of the wound cavity, which makes it possible to reproduce the method in almost any surgical hospital.
