SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative oncology. During the operation, a Tachocomb plate is used, a temporary Redon drainage is installed. In this case, the Tachocomb plate is placed under the axillary-subclavian neurovascular bundle, without covering it, with the transition to the muscle-fascial structures of the wound. Then, a skin flap is fixed for 4-5 days in the axillary region, which is designed in the form of a triangle forming the contours of the axillary cavity, with the vertex facing the projection of the head of the humerus, to the underlying muscle-fascial structures, by sequentially applying skin-muscle U-shaped sutures on rollers, at three points located in the corners at the vertex and base of the formed triangle, after which the newly formed axillary cavity, after suturing the wound, is filled with a gauze tampon with an elastic bandage fixing the bandage.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of prevention of lymphorrhea when performing radical mastectomy with axillary-subclavian-subclavian tissue in patients with breast cancer.
