SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to perform myoplasty after radical organ-conserving surgery on the mammary gland, including removal of the quadrant of the mammary gland with the tumor and subclavian-subscapular-axillary tissue. The axillary neurovascular bundle is covered. The space created after removal of the subclavian-subscapular-axillary tissue is tamponed, forming a muscle flap on a vascular pedicle from the serratus anterior muscle sutured under the lateral edge of the pectoralis major muscle, covering the junction of the subclavian vein into the axillary vein. The axillary cavity is tamponed by suturing the lower edge of the muscle flap to the latissimus dorsi muscle. The lateral skin flap is sutured to the lateral surface of the anterior chest wall.

EFFECT: method ensures the prevention of the development of lymphorrhea, reducing the risk of developing purulent-inflammatory complications and reducing the length of hospital stay due to low trauma, the absence of drainage systems and covering the “dead” space with the separated serratus anterior muscle on the vascular pedicle.
