FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for the preparation of backfill mixture intended for feeding into the waste area of underground workings. The method for preparing a cementless filling mixture includes mixing the components of the mixture, wt.%: steelmaking slag 69-70, burnt rocks of the mining dump 22-23, sludge obtained as a result of neutralization of spent electrolytes of traction acid batteries with lime, 7-9, until the mobility of the mixture is 13-16 cm. The components are dosed by weight with an accuracy of not less than 1.2-2% and loaded into a continuously operating ball mill, then jointly crushed and mixed for 32-35 minutes until a density of 1950-2000 kg/cm2 is obtained.
EFFECT: mixture preparing is simplified due to the joint grinding and mixing of all components at the same time, which allows to make the process continuous, the quality of the mixture is maintained, providing the necessary strength during its hardening.
