FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the bottom-up concreting of a pipe concrete column during the construction of a building frame. The technical result consists in improving the quality of concreting, regardless of the height and diameter of the column. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the mortar gate in the pipe concrete column is placed at the base of the column at a distance of 300…400 mm from the base plate and consists of two segments combined into a sleeve with a radius equal to the outer radius of the column, having bends at the edges with two bolt holes symmetrically located at a distance of 30…50 mm from the upper and lower edges, one of the segments has a hole, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the inlet hole of the column, and a branch pipe with a flange welded along the contour of the hole perpendicular to the axis of the segment for attaching the concrete pump hose; two synchronously operating hydraulic jacks, symmetrically located on the base plate, abutting against the bolted limbs of the segments and moving the coupling up to the stop, fixing the closing of the inlet of the column.
EFFECT: improving of the quality of concreting, regardless of the height and diameter of the column.
