FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection: decontamination and long-term safe burial of various wastes with possibility of reclamation and efficient use of waste areas of land, and can be used, in particular, for decontamination of lignin-containing wastes formed on cellulose production and stored in form of sludge-lignins in maps – waste accumulators. Method and device for decontamination and reclamation of waste accumulation maps, including device of pile supports and manufacturing of reinforced concrete plate, combined with supports, in order to completely isolate mass transfer of waste components in waste accumulation maps with environment and prevent migration of toxic and harmful substances into it, pile supports are made in the form of pipe-concrete columns installed on the map bottom along its entire area, after which the map surface is grouting by mounting on the pipe-concrete columns supporting the reinforced concrete slab of the crossbar, and in the inner volume of the crossbar frame – reinforcing slab frame with subsequent concreting of the monolithic reinforced concrete slab, at that nano-cement of one of types 45 or 55 is used as binder in production of columns and reinforced concrete plate.
EFFECT: method and device for decontamination and reclamation of wastes accumulation maps are proposed.
