SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abdominal surgery, traumatology, resuscitation. The hepatoduodenal ligament is clamped with a vascular tourniquet. Tamponade is performed with two bags for organ extraction, one of which is placed in the subhepatic, the second — in the right subdiaphragmatic space. Gauze swabs are inserted into each bag until the subhepatic and right subdiaphragmatic spaces are filled, after which the vascular tourniquet is removed.
EFFECT: method is highly effective and makes it possible to practically eliminate secondary bleeding and purulent complications when removing tampons, impregnation of tampons with blood and bile due to the absence of contact of tampons with the free abdominal cavity and biological fluids.
