FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacturing of sintered tubular products with a powder collar. Product is moulded in two stages and sintered. At the first stage of powder moulding, a preliminary shaped blank is pressed in form of a stepped plug, consisting of a cylindrical part and a truncated cone-shaped part. Part of the blank in the form of a truncated cone is pressed with an elastic medium, and the cylindrical part is pressed with a rigid tool. The preliminary profiled blank is subjected to sintering. The final moulding of the sintered blank is carried out by angular rolling with a profiled roller according to the scheme of radial-axial rotational extrusion.
EFFECT: reduction in the complexity of manufacturing tubular products with a collar and an expansion of the range of products made from powder.
