FIELD: electrical engineering; linear electric motors.
SUBSTANCE: linear electric motor contains a stator 1, consisting of a magnetic housing 2, in which a magnetizing coil 3 is located, mounted on a magnetic circuit 4, consisting of an upper magnetic circuit 5, the first non-magnetic insert 6, the middle magnetic circuit 7, the second non-magnetic insert 8 and the lower magnetic circuit 9, as well as bolt 10 fixing the magnetic housing 2 to the magnetic circuit 4. The fixed magnet 11 is pressed into the magnetic circuit 4. The movable magnet 12, mounted on the anchor 13, consists of an upper magnetic sleeve 14, a non-magnetic sleeve 15, a lower magnetic sleeve 16, mounted on a non-magnetic rod 17. The armature 13 is installed in the stator 1 using a non-magnetic plain bearing 18 pressed into the upper magnetic circuit 5. The spring 19 is installed between the magnetic housing 2 and the washer 20, fixed with a nut 21.
EFFECT: reduction in weight and size indicators, an increase in traction force, as well as an increase in the efficiency.
