FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to linear electric motors used in a discrete electric drive. Linear electric motor comprises a stator consisting of a magnetic housing in which the first magnetising coil is located, and a magnetic housing in which the second magnetising coil is located. Non-magnetic washer is fixed between the above magnetic housings. First magnetizing coil is installed on the magnetic conductor and is limited at the end by a non-magnetic pole. Second magnetizing coil is installed on a magnetic conductor consisting of an upper and a lower magnetic conductors, between which a non-magnetic insert is placed. Armature consists of a non-magnetic bushing and a magnetic bushing, on which a movable magnetic conductor is fixed. Armature is fixed in the stator by means of an end cover installed on the magnetic housing, in which the first magnetising coil is located, on the side of the non-magnetic pole, and the spring is installed between the movable magnetic conductor and the non-magnetic pole so that an initial working gap of length Δ1 is provided. Ratio of magnetic resistances of initial working gap with length Δ1 and the magnetic sleeve of the armature is equal to 5:1.
EFFECT: increasing the traction force, increasing the efficiency, and also increasing the length of the armature stroke.
