FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: shock absorber based on a linear electric motor contains a cylindrical ferromagnetic housing with a magnetic circuit and an inductor. An annular support is fixed on the outer surface of the housing, on which the lower edge of the coil spring rests. The magnetic circuit consists of upper, lower and intermediate magnetic poles, sleeve bearings in the form of non-magnetic bushings and a magnetizing coil. Attached to the lower magnetic pole is a round bar with a cylindrical cavity at the top and an attachment head at the bottom. An inlaid armature made of a non-magnetic rod, magnetic bushings and non-magnetic rings is installed inside the magnetic circuit. One end of the type-setting armature is connected to the upper support.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and improved weight and dimensions.
