FIELD: vibration isolators.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator with controlled stiffness includes a lower metal support flange - the lower platform and an upper metal support flange - the upper platform, which are connected by a bolt located in the centre of the vibration isolator and passing through the upper platform, an unloading elastic element with varying stiffness, located between the upper and lower platforms, a regulator rigidity and fasteners. The lower platform is equipped with a shell-body in the form of a thick-walled hollow cylinder with a closed upper end welded to the support flange. The stiffness regulator of cylindrical shape with a hexagonal section for a wrench in its upper part is made with the possibility of rotation, the outer side of the lower part of the stiffness regulator is threaded for connection with a cup-body, which is equipped with a threaded connection located in the thickness of its wall, while as an unloading elastic element, an elastic massive insert was used - a damper, fixed with a stiffness regulator and a protective corrugated rubber boot installed outside between the regulator and the upper platform.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the vibration isolator.
