FIELD: manufacturing vibration isolator.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a vibration isolator with controlled stiffness includes the step of connecting the lower metal support flange (the lower platform) and the upper metal support flange (the upper platform) by means of a bolt located in the centre of the vibration isolator and passing through the upper platform, and the step of placing an unloading elastic element between the upper and lower platforms, installation of the stiffness regulator and the use of fasteners. The lower platform is equipped with a shell in form of a thick-walled hollow cylinder with a closed upper end welded to the support flange. The stiffness regulator is made of a cylindrical shape with a hexagonal section for a wrench in its upper part with the possibility of rotation, on the outer side of the lower part of the stiffness regulator, a thread is cut for connection with the shell, which is equipped with a threaded connection, by cutting a thread in the thickness of its wall, while as an unloading elastic element, an elastic massive insert (damper) is used, it is fixed with a stiffness regulator and a protective corrugated rubber boot, which is installed outside between the stiffness regulator and the upper platform.
EFFECT: manufacture of a vibration isolator with improved efficiency of its operation.
