SUBSTANCE: in the postoperative period, to the area of the lower abdomen and inner surface of the upper third of the thigh of the lower extremities are exposed to infrared laser radiation and a constant magnetic field with a magnetic induction intensity of 25–30 mT, a repetition rate of pulsed laser radiation of the infrared spectrum within 80 Hz, a power of 0.5–1 W, labile from 1–2 minutes. Then the reflexogenic zone of the spine and point E36 are also exposed for 30–60 seconds. The general course of treatment is 8–12 procedures performed daily.

EFFECT: method allows to remove the residual effects of the inflammatory reaction, improve tissue trophism both from the side of the muscular system and from the side of the nerve fibers innervating the pelvic organs, reduce the severity of complications and restore the impaired functions of the pelvic organs in a short time, thus improving the quality of life of cancer patients at the same time, without stimulating the tumor process.
