FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to heat power engineering and can be used in heat power plants and steam boilers. Claimed is a method for removing carbonic acid from the steam-water path of a heat power set with a bicarbonate alkalinity of 0.20 meq/dm3 or less, wherein the vapour is discharged from the mains water heater via a pipeline. The dependence of the content of carbonic acid in the heater condensate on the vapour consumption is predetermined and used to determine the value of vapour consumption ensuring the absence of carbonic acid in the heater condensate. This value of vapour consumption is maintained with the mode of operation of the heat power set unchanged. In the apparatus for removing carbonic acid from the steam-water path of a heat power set containing a mains water heater, the latter is therein connected to the mains water pipeline, to the steam supply pipeline, to the condensate discharge pipeline whereon a sampler is installed with a cooler, and to the vapour discharge pipeline whereon a control valve and a flow meter are installed. Also claimed is an apparatus for implementing the method for removing carbonic acid from the steam-water path of a heat power set.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the absence of carbonic acid in the steam-water path of a heat power set with a bicarbonate alkalinity of the deaerated water of 0.20 meq/dm3 or less due to the removal of carbonic acid from the steam contained in the steam-water circuit of the heat power set with a reduction in the heat costs of removing carbon dioxide.
