SUBSTANCE: microphone may include: a shell and a vibration sensing portion, wherein the vibration sensing portion may vibrate in response to vibration of the shell; the vibration transmission portion may be configured to transmit vibration from the vibration receiving portion; and an electroacoustic conversion component configured to receive the vibration transmitted by the vibration transmission portion to generate an electrical signal, wherein the vibration transmission portion and at least a portion of the vibration receiving portion may form a vacuum cavity, and the electroacoustic conversion component may be disposed in the vacuum cavity.

EFFECT: reduced effect of air on microphone sensitivity, reduced noise.
