FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sensors of elastic waves. The technical result is an additional increase in the sensitivity of the sensor. The result is achieved by providing a sensor comprising an elastic component, a measurement cavity, the elastic component forming the first side wall of the measurement cavity, and an energy conversion component capable of receiving a measured signal and converting the measured signal into an electrical signal, the energy conversion component communicating with measuring cavity and the measured signal is associated with a change in the volume of the measuring cavity, while at least one convex structure is located on one side of the elastic component facing the measuring cavity, and the elastic component is configured to move the specified convex structure(s)) in response to an external signal, the movement of the specified(s) convex(s) structure(s) changes the volume of the measurement cavity, and the specified(s) convex(s) structure(s) rests against the second side wall of the measurement cavity, and the second side wall located opposite the first side wall.
EFFECT: additional increase in the sensitivity of the sensor.
