FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for isostatic pressing of powder materials enclosed in gas turbines. The heat-insulating cap of the gasostat furnace contains a housing made in the form of a muffle and an outer shell with side and upper blocks of thermal insulation between them, a distribution ring manifold with control valves and a heat exchanger in the form of a bundle of L-shaped pipes placed on the outer surface of the muffle and communicate the space above the upper thermal insulation unit with the manifold, while the annular manifold is made in the form of separate chambers with a control valve on each of them, and the space between the chambers is filled with thermal insulation.
EFFECT: increasing the dimensions in terms of the diameter of the working space, which ensures the expansion of the range of processed workpieces in terms of dimensions.
