FIELD: metallurgy and mechanical engineering; gas-static treatment of powder and cast blanks. SUBSTANCE: gas-static treatment device includes container, upper, intermediate and lower plugs with water feed channels, lower and upper cups sealing container inner space, gas cooler with flow passage in form of system of through gas channels butt-joined to lower end face of upper plug, heat protection valve of electric furnace with controlled valves in lower part and hole in upper part placed communication with flow passage of cooler by gas duct. Gas cooler is provided with blind channels arranged in spaces between through gas channels. Blind channels have inner coaxial tubes, all communicating with water feed channels of upper plug. Upper cups are arranged on side surface of gas cooler in space between its butt joint with upper plug and flow passage. EFFECT: increased heat exchange surface of gas cooler resulting in increased cooling capacity, reduced duration of working cycle and increased efficiency. 2 dwg
