FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: polypeptide involved in the production of L-valine is proposed, it consists of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 in which proline being the amino acid corresponding to position 192 of SEQ ID NO: 3, replaced by leucine. Also the following are proposed: a polynucleotide encoding the said polypeptide, Corynebacterium glutamicum producing L-valine and containing the said polypeptide or polynucleotide encoding the said polypeptide, and a method for producing of L-valine.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of L-valine.
