FIELD: technologies for manufacture of film electrets.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of various sensors and acoustic energy converters. A method for manufacturing a film electret, which uses molecules with a large dipole moment (metal complex) intercalated into a pre-dissolved polymer matrix with subsequent exposure to a constant electric field, exposure of the polymer matrix solution with intercalated molecules in an electric field continues until the solvent is completely evaporated. Porphins, cyclenes, amides of transition elements are used as metal complexes.

EFFECT: stable and high surface charge density in film electrets with a more technological process of their manufacture.
