SUBSTANCE: recumbent off-road electric scooter comprises a frame, a bed for the driver, a battery, an electric motor. The frame has a front steerable wheel with a fork. The fork is connected to the control pedals. The control pedals are moved by feet. Brake and speed control knobs are fixed on the bed for the driver. The accumulator contains a control system in the form of a controller, a charger and a switching device, fuses. The electric motor drives the two rear wheels through a chain mechanism. The rear wheels are motor wheels. The frame parts are interconnected by a hinge with an axis of rotation, which allows them to rotate relative to each other in a vertical plane, making it easier to overcome obstacles on the ground. Rotary first and second motor-wheels are located on the front of the frame.
