SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of sludge, sludge-lignin or ash and slag fields of chemical-technological, metallurgical and thermal power industries. According to the method, moisture is evaporated into the atmosphere by placing plastic pipes with a coolant circulating in them - hot clean water in a layer of clarified water at a temperature on the "plastic pipe-water" surface equal to 95-98°C.
EFFECT: simplicity and reliability of liquidation of the water layer, increase in the buffer time in case of emergency, prevention of overflow of sludge fields, which could lead to pollution of water sources.
