SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to devices for separating juice from vegetable raw materials, and can be used to extract juice from grape pulp. The press consists of a housing, inside which there is a pressing chamber with a vacuum gauge and a lid, a wort outlet with a check valve, a wort collection tank, inside which a float-type level sensor and sealed contacts are installed, a wort outlet, a centrifugal pump, constant vacuum nozzles, variable pressure pipes, pulsator, vacuum line, vacuum pump-compressor, exhaust line, valves, high pressure line, pressure regulator with pressure gauge. Inside the pressing chamber, a corrugated tube is installed with rods fixed on it with the help of rings, located at an angle of 90° relative to each other. The lower edge of the corrugated tube is fixed on a perforated insert, and the upper edge is attached to the corrugated membrane.

EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the yield of extracted juice from the grape pulp.
