SUBSTANCE: press consists of the housing inside which there is the pressing chamber with a perforated insert and a corrugated diaphragm equipped with airtight contacts of the receiving container with a float-type sensor installed inside, the centrifugal pump for pumping juice, the pulsator and the pipes. The press housing and the perforated insert are made of non-oxidable food materials. The housing is sealed with a cover from the top. The housing, the cover and the perforated insert have, for example, a prismatic form. The corrugated diaphragm made of food grade rubber is installed inside the housing. The pulsator is used for changing the vacuum or atmospheric pressure modes.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to improve the vegetable raw material processing quality.
