FIELD: polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for preparing solid catalyst components, catalyst systems formed from catalyst components, and polymerization processes using the described catalyst systems. Proposed are a solid catalytic component for the polymerization of olefins with a particle size of 5 to 70 mcm based on 50% of volume containing a halogenated magnesium compound and a reaction product of a magnesium compound with an epoxy compound, an organic phosphorus compound, a titanium compound, an organosilicon compound, a non-phthalate internal electron donor, which contains an aryl diester, a simple diester, or a mixture thereof, and a supporting donor that differs from the internal donor and does not contain by-products of the interaction of a carboxylic acid and its anhydride with magnesium and titanium compounds, a catalytic system containing the specified solid catalyst component, an organoaluminium compound and a selectivity control agent, a method for polymerizing an olefin in the presence of a solid catalyst component and an organoaluminium compound, a method for producing a solid catalyst component, including dissolving a magnesium compound in a mixture of an epoxy compound, organic phosphorus compound and hydrocarbon solvent followed by successive treatments with two titanium compounds, where the first compound is in the presence of an organosilicon compound, and the second in the presence of a non-phthalate electron donor and at least one selectivity agent.
EFFECT: obtaining an improved Ziegler-Natta catalyst, which has a higher and/or longer activity during polymerization, and is also capable of producing polymer particles with improved morphology.
