FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: steam turbine plant includes a steam turbine containing a low-pressure cylinder with a steam inlet pipe and a flow path in which a rotor with working blades, diaphragms with guide vanes and an exhaust pipe are placed. At least one diaphragm is equipped with hollow guide vanes and a rim with an annular chamber, each hollow guide vane having at least one inner cavity with cooling wet steam outlet channels connecting the inner cavity with the flow path. The inner cavity is made at a height of 0.15-0.25 of the height of each hollow guide vane in its peripheral zone from the trailing edge side, and the channels for releasing the cooling wet steam are made in the form of through slots. The annular chamber is in communication with at least two pipelines of cooling wet steam, each of which has a straight section at the inlet to the annular chamber, while the length of the straight section is from three to six diameters of the specified pipeline. A mixer is installed at the junction of the beginning of each straight section with the corresponding steam supply pipeline and condensate supply pipeline. The steam supply pipeline is connected to the steam inlet, and the condensate supply pipeline is connected to the main condensate pipeline.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of the steam turbine plant due to effective cooling of the elements of the low-pressure cylinder flow path in low-flow modes in order to prevent unacceptable deformations of these elements, as well as an unacceptable decrease in the strength properties of their material and, accordingly, extend the service life of diaphragms and rotor blades.
