SUBSTANCE: continuous seam is imposed through both sides of the muscle. In this case, the sites where the needle goes in and out of the skin should be at the same distance from the edge of the wound. The stitch is located parallel to the edge of the wound. Each subsequent stitch goes through the loop of the previous one. Every 2 cm a sliding knot is applied, consisting of 4 asymmetric loops, forming a sliding blocked knot.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of excessive hemorrhage and trophic disorders in the movable muscle flap, prevents suture unraveling, reduces trauma, provides more dense cover of the endoprosthesis by the pectoral muscle, relatively simple and quick application due to the same type of movements.
