FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: suturing technique involves forming H-figure by inserting a needle perpendicularly to tissues at 3-4 mm from wound edges punching one (A) or two (B) flaps. The needle is delivered 3-6mm in the horizontal or medial direction from the first prick-in with preserving the pre-set height. The needle is inserted and delivered in the direction of B-A. Now two suture ends are found on the side A. Thereafter, the needle is delivered in the direction of B-A with inserting the needle at the mid-distance between two pricks. Once the needle is drawn out of the flap A, also in the middle between two pricks, it is delivered through the loop of the last suture round.
EFFECT: by reducing the number of nodes, the method enables reducing the length of rehabilitation and potential complications.
