FIELD: road construction; oil industry waste disposal.
SUBSTANCE: when implementing the method, oil sludge is delivered from the storage pond by a loader to the preparation and storage site, dried if necessary, the sludge is fed to the preliminary treatment plant, which includes a bunker with a loading grate with 50 mm cells, on the side of which there is a hatch for removing solids, the sludge is fed to processing with a horizontally located bladed mixing and grinding screw along the entire length of the mixer at a rotation speed of 100-150 rpm for 1-3 minutes, providing an output of oil sludge homogenized in composition and moisture, the sludge is transferred to a belt conveyor for transportation to the work site, control of the compliance of the prepared sludge in terms of particle size distribution, density, mass fraction of oil products, mechanical impurities and water, compliance with the limiting specific effective activity of natural radionuclides. The prepared sludge is transported to the place of work as a component of the organic-mineral mixture of the following composition: crushed stone - 70% by weight, prepared oil sludge - 30% by weight, Portland cement 6% by weight over 100%, water up to 8% by weight over 100%, taking into account the moisture content of the oil sludge using the road-mix method with the leading recycler mechanism. The organo-mineral mixture is compacted with combined rollers, the laid mixture is treated by pouring bitumen.
EFFECT: level of negative impact of generated oil waste on the environment is reduced, the technology is simplified, and the formation of re-waste is excluded.
