FIELD: polyether industry.
SUBSTANCE: production of structural products for special purposes in additive techniques. A dressed carbon fiber is proposed, where the dressing is a mixture of 0.5–1.0 wt.% bis(4-aminophenyl)sulfone and 3.5–3.0 wt.% polyetheretherketone based on bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane and bis (4-fluorophenyl)ketone, and polyetheretherketone composite, which contains 80 wt.% of the polymer matrix based on polyetheretherketone and 20 wt.% of the claimed dressed carbon fiber.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the created polyetheretherketone composite due to the introduction of a dressing composition, which increases the wettability of the filler and increases the boundary interactions between the filler and the polyetheretherketone matrix.
