FIELD: production of structural products using additive techniques.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a treated carbon fibre by applying a treatment mixture of p-phenylenediamine (1-4% by weight) and oligophenylene sulfone based on bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)sulfone and bis(4-chlorophenyl)sulfone (4-1% by weight), onto carbon fibre as a solution with a mass concentration of 0.57% in a mixture of acetone and chloroform, followed by step-by-step rise in temperature to 75°C and simultaneous distillation of solvents under the action of ultrasound with an operating power of 46 kHz, treated carbon fibre obtained by the proposed method, and a polyesterimide carbon-fibre composite, which contains 80% by weight of a polymer matrix based on polyesterimide and 20% by weight of the proposed sized carbon fibre.

EFFECT: improvement of glass transition temperature of the created polyesterimide carbon-fibre composite due to the introduction of a treatment composition, which increases the wettability of the filler and increases the boundary interactions between the filler and the polyesterimide matrix.
