FIELD: orthopedic manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: blanks for orthopedic insoles for shoes and a method for their manufacture. A multilayer blank (1) of an orthopedic insole for shoes with a shock-absorbing body (10) located on the upper side made of a foamed sheet material (2) made of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, which is deformed to form a three-dimensional bed (3) for the foot, and at least on part of the side of foamed sheet material (2) of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, facing away from the foot, is glued with a flexible layer (4), at least part of which is impervious to polyurethane foam (5). On the flexible layer (4) on the side facing away from the sheet material (2) made of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a support body (6) is made of polyurethane foam (5), which is made three-dimensionally in the process of reaction-injection molding of polymers.
EFFECT: creation of an orthopedic shoe insole blank that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, which not only has a reliable coupling of individual parts to each other, but also provides a reliable location of orthopedically effective components at orthopedically specified points, reducing the own weight of an orthopedically effective shoe insoles.
