FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an orthopedic shoe of a shoe insole, which comprises a main body made of polyurethane porous material representative for a shoe footbed sole, a volumetric foot bed made on the upper side of the main body, coating applied on the upper and / or lower side and bonded to the polyurethane porous material of the main body only by the polyurethane layer, wherein said polyurethane layer is a polyurethane material which can be activated at temperatures higher than 40 °C and lower than the melting point of the polyurethane porous material for binding the coating to the main body, wherein said activated polyurethane layer is so viscous that it does not penetrate into coating material, wherein after heating the polyurethane layer to temperature higher than 40 °C, but lower than melting temperature of polyurethane porous material, provides possibility of detachment of coating from main body, without damaging both main body and coating.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling individual adaptation of shoe insole without damaging the main body or coating.
