FIELD: grinding.
SUBSTANCE: ball mills, intended for fine and ultrafine grinding and activation of various materials in the production of powder materials. The ball mill-mechanic activator with three planes of rotation contains a frame 1, bearing assemblies, a support shaft, a drive shaft, a drum holder 9, inside which cylindrical drums with grinding bodies are placed, outer 5, middle 7 and inner 8 rings connected by bearing assemblies. Drum holder 9 is attached to inner ring 8 through two bearing assemblies, and electric motor 2 is rigidly fixed to the frame 1 and connected to outer ring 5 through flange coupling 3. Opposite flange coupling 3 there is a bearing assembly, which is attached to the frame 1 at one end and to outer ring 5 at the other. Outer ring 5 is connected through two bearing assemblies to middle ring 7, which is similarly attached to inner ring 8. θDrum holder 9 can be rectangular or spherical and can accommodate from 1 to 6 drums.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of grinding and activation processes, obtaining a homogeneous fractional composition of the product and the mill performance improvement.
