SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in laying of cables and tires. In the device for fastening cables or tires, the base is made in form of a panel in which pear-shaped holes are made, fasteners are installed in pear-shaped holes in such a way that their rods are placed in the zones of narrowing of the pear-shaped holes to ensure jamming of the fasteners.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the device for fastening cables or tires, reducing the time for installing cables or tires on a horizontal or vertical surface, increasing the carrying capacity of the device for fastening cables or tires.
