FIELD: biological wastewater treatment.

SUBSTANCE: wastewater after mechanical treatment and the storage tank is fed to the pressure reagent flotation unit, upstream which solutions of coagulant, alkali and flocculant are introduced. Further, wastewater is fed for biological treatment in an aerotank divided into zones of nitrification and denitrification. To separate the sludge mixture, it is fed to a secondary sump. After biological treatment, wastewater is further treated in a bioreactor with ERSH synthetic charging and an aeration system installed in it. There are two nitrification zones and one denitrification zone in the bioreactor. Then wastewater is fed for post-treatment to the filter with ERSH charging and the disc filter, then fed for disinfection.

EFFECT: deep integrated treatment of industrial and surface wastewater while achieving the stability of treatment in the conditions of intermittent inflow of wastewater and reliability of obtaining the normalized quality of treated surface wastewater, regardless of the initial concentrations of pollutants and the temperature of the treated wastewater.
