FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: deethanization plant includes a demethanizer connected to the pre-cooling unit by lines for input and output of circulating irrigations. The pre-cooling unit is connected to the gas preparation system for supply to the demethanizer. The gas treatment system connected to the cryogenic refrigerant circulation system is characterized in that the pre-cooling unit is connected to the demethanizer by a mixture line of dry stripped gas with the first separation gas and the first part of the second separation gas and is equipped with a line for the said mixture output, and is also connected to the gas treatment system to be fed into the demethanizer by a cooled gas line. The gas treatment system is equipped with a line of the first separation gas and a line of the second separation gas, which is divided into a line of the first part of the separation gas and a line of the second part of the separation gas, and is also connected to the cryogenic refrigerant circulation system by a methane fraction supply line and connected to the demethanizer by the supply lines of the first separation condensate, reflux condensate and second separation condensate. The cryogenic refrigerant circulation system is equipped with lines for the second part of the second separation gas, balance gas and methane fraction and is connected to the demethanizer by a sharp irrigation line, while the line for the mixture of dry stripped gas with the first separation gas and the first part of the second separation gas after the pre-cooling unit is connected to the balance line gas.

EFFECT: reduced power of the expander-compressor equipment.
